Congratulatory message on the successful 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China
The Government and people of the Republic of South Africa convey to His Excellency, President XI Jinping, and the Government and people of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), our warmest greetings and sincere congratulations on the successful 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China convened in Beijing, from 18 to 24 October 2017, and H. E. President XI’s renewed five year tenure as the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
South Africa takes this opportunity to express the wish for His Excellency’s good health, and also reaffirm our desire to further enhance and consolidate the bond of friendship and strategic partnership that exist between our countries.
