The Seminar will bring together high level participants, diplomats and practitioners of IHL from Angola, Botswana, DRC, Comoros, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Seychelles, Swaziland, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to review the status of IHL implementation. Also attending the seminar will be representatives from the African Union Commission, Pan African Parliament and the SADC Secretariat.
