Deputy Minister Landers to address the 17th Annual Regional Seminar on International Humanitarian Law
The Deputy Minister of Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr L Landers will address the 17th Annual Regional Seminar on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) on the 5th September 2017. This year's seminar coincides with the commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the 1977 Additional Protocols to the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
