President Jacob Zuma congratulates President Kagame on his election victory
The President of the Republic of South Africa, His Excellency Mr Jacob Zuma, has on behalf of the Government and the people of South Africa congratulated the President of the Republic of Rwanda, His Excellency Mr Paul Kagame, for winning the Rwandan Presidential Elections held on Friday, 04 August 2017.
President Zuma has reiterated South Africa’s commitment to continue working with the Rwandan Government under the leadership of President Kagame to consolidate the political, economic and trade ties between South Africa and Rwanda.
