DIRCO notes judgement of the South Gauteng High Court on setting aside the decision to grant diplomatic immunity to the former First Lady of Zimbabwe Grace Mugabe
International Relations and Cooperation Minister Lindiwe Sisulu noted the judgement by the South Gauteng High Court to set aside the 2017 decision by the Department of International Relations and Cooperation to grant former Zimbabwean First Lady Grace Mugabe diplomatic immunity.
The Department will study the judgement and comment later if necessary.
