Corporate Management
The Corporate Management section is responsible for the administrative management of the Embassy. It supports the Ambassador, all transferred officials and other staff members with financial, logistical and procurement services, in order for them to carry out their responsibilities effectively, efficiently and in the most economical way. These have to be consistent with the Administrative Code of the Department of Public Services, the Public Finance Management Act and the Treasury Regulations of South Africa.
The following services are available within Corporate Services:
Accounts Section
Procurement of goods/services Messenger and driver/chauffeur services
Management of properties
State department liaison services
General administration
The Corporate Service is also responsible for rendering consular services to South African citizens in distress who are traveling abroad and other consular services in support of the Consular Section, which is a service provided by a transferred official from the Department of Home Affairs in South Africa.
