History of Relations

Bilateral diplomatic relations between South Africa and Antigua and Barbuda were commenced with a Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations on 17 February 2004.  South Africa’s interests in Antigua and Barbuda are represented on a non-residential basis by the South African High Commission in Kingston, Jamaica.
